Due to unforeseen weather conditions or family emergencies, I reserve the right to cancel any bookings without advanced notice.

Because I do not require a deposit at this time, you may do the same.  All I ask is you contact me as soon as possible of the cancellation.

A 50% deposit may be required in the near future.
